Arrival & Departure

Your room will be available for you from 15.00 hrs onwards on your day of arrival, and until noon on your day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the date of arrival. If we receive a cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the booked arrangement. Should your cancellation reach us later than 15 days before your date of arrival or should you arrive too late or depart before the agreed departure date, we will charge 100% of the booked arrangement. Naturally we will do our utmost to sell on your room, however should we be unable to do so, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

Special booking and cancellation conditions apply for reservations over the Christmas / New Year period.

Dine Around

A surcharge of CHF 60 (EUR 37) per person and night is payable for the dine around inclusive of all galas. (except New Year's Eve). Dine around is only available from a two night stay.

Additional beds

Please take note that extra beds are only available upon the room category Junior Suite.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to our dog-floor and may enter the lobby, the hotel hall and, at lunchtime, the restaurant «La Provence». CHF 45 (EUR 28) per day (without dog-food).

Dresscode

We want you to feel at ease. Your elegant appearance will help to maintain the ambiance which distinguishes our hotel and contribute to a pleasant and unforgettable atmosphere. We expect men to dress "smart casual" in our «Grand Restaurant». In the «La Provence», «Bündnerstube» and «La Vetta» restaurants however, the choice of dress is left entirely to you. We like to remind our guests that over Christmas and New Year (22nd of December 2009 and the 09th of January 2010) men are supossed to wear jackets and are not allowed to wear blue jeans.

Euro

The listed Euro prices should be taken as a guideline and will be adjusted for the respective current exchange rate. 

Floors

We levy a surcharge of CHF 50 (EUR 31) per person and night for accommodation on floors 7 and 8.

High season 2010/2011

During the winter high season from 4th February until 13th March 2011, our 1-3 night rates do apply.

During the summer season upon a five night stay our sunday-thursday rates do apply.

During the Sylvester period we have a minimum-stay of 10 nights (only bookable including Dine around and New Year's Eve ball: adults CHF 400 (EUR 267), children up to 12 years CHF 250 (EUR 167). During the festive season period from 22 December 2010 to 9 January 2011 our high season rate applies and a minimum stay of 7 nights exists from 4th February 2011 until 13th March 2011.

Please note that during the festive season special conditions for additional beds appear.

Reservation guarantee

After confirmation by the hotel, all reservations must be reconfirmed with a signature by the guest. Every reservation must also be additionally guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit.

Rooms & Suites

Rooms & Suites were all completely renovated and equipped with the latest comforts such as a highspeed-connection, flat-screen television with satellite TV reception, a DVD and CD player.
